Meet Asier, the Captain
Hi! I'm Asier, born in the beautiful city of San Sebastián, a place that instilled in me a love for the sea and adventure from a young age. Since I was 15, I have been passionate about sailing, participating in regattas, and enjoying long voyages. The sea has always been my refuge and inspiration.
In addition to my passion for sailing, I have cultivated a deep interest in cinema and photography, leading me to study these arts. For years, I immersed myself in creativity and visual storytelling, exploring ways to capture and tell stories through the lens of a camera.
However, there came a point in my life when I felt the need for a change of direction. A decade ago, I decided to live on my sailboat, a choice that has defined my existence ever since. I have sailed over 20,000 nautical miles, including the unforgettable experience of crossing the Atlantic.
As a captain with PPER and Yachtmaster certifications, I have had the privilege of commanding my boat across seas and oceans, always in search of new adventures and landscapes to photograph. The sea is not only my home but also my teacher and faithful companion in this journey called life.
